About the role

Under the direction of a licensed Nurse and with respect for human dignity, delivers a variety of high quality, basic patient care services that meet the needs and uniqueness of assigned patients.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a variety of high quality, basic patient care services
• Meets the needs and uniqueness of assigned patients
• Works under the direction of a licensed Nurse
• Delivers quality care and service excellence
• Adheres to the PH Standards of Behavior

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• If candidate is at least 17 years old but does not have a current High School diploma or GED, must meet the following requirements: actively working towards High School Diploma or GED and receive within 2 years of hire
• CPR certification within 60 days of hire
• CNA/EMT/Paramedic certification preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in the patient care setting preferred
• Must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of general computer skills and applications
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
