Responsibilities

• Process Emergency Assistance (EA) applications across all FSC counties
• Meet with clients via phone, in person, or through video conferencing to determine eligibility and assess the services and payment amounts they qualify for
• Ensure all client interactions align with FSC service delivery standards
• Discuss client situations, assess resource needs, provide appropriate referrals, and introduce the Transition to Success model
• Manage assigned applications and associated tasks within state systems, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Provide individualized support to clients through resource coordination

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of two years' experience in a related field
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• A genuine commitment to helping others succeed

Pay & Benefits

• Competitive starting wage: $23.09/hr
