Email Operations Specialist, AWS Integrated Demand Center
About the role
The AWS Email team is looking for a detail‑oriented Email Operations Specialist. This role owns the resource management workflows across intake workflows, routing logic, reusable templates, QA gates, SLAs, and operational dashboards that govern how every request flows from submission through send. The person designs and maintains standardized, repeatable processes that allow quality and speed to scale with volume, partnering cross‑functionally with marketing, engineering, analytics, and global operations teams to drive continuous improvement across the full email production lifecycle. The ideal candidate has a track record of building and optimizing operational systems, thinks in frameworks, defaults to automation over manual effort, and has experience in resource and capacity management across distributed digital teams. This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact workstream that works across AWS Marketing, based in Seattle, WA.
