Elite Armed Security Officer - Shopping Center Patrol

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors while carrying out site‑specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Carry authorized equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policy, applicable laws, and site requirements, and maintain awareness of conditions that may require a security‑related response.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations accurately and promptly in accordance with site procedures.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or at least 5 years of armed security‑related experience.
• Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Level III Armed Guard Card in Texas.
• Minimum age of 21 years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation and, where permitted, a drug screen.
• Participate in industry‑specific security‑related training programs.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment and are subject to state and/or local laws.

• Tuesday: 06:00 AM – 03:15 PM
• Saturday: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM
