As an Armed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service. • DayTime: Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  Fri 02:45 PM - 11:30 PM
  Sat 02:45 PM - 11:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Monitor access points, observe activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Carry authorized equipment in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, Allied Universal policies, and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, corrections, and/or military experience or at least 5 years of armed security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Security License in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
