Position Overview This role is responsible for supporting client implementations with a strong focus on data migration, validation, and test payroll execution. This role involves collaborating closely with Sales, Data Conversion, Implementation, and Managed Services teams to ensure successful project outcomes and identify opportunities for additional services. The consultant plays a key role in onboarding client data, driving projects to completion, and ensuring go-live dates are met.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience. 1+ years of Payroll experience required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation, and analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrate organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• A solid understanding of
