Responsibilities
- Delegate responsibilities as appropriate
- Review important decisions with the Principal and Head of Schools
- Model exemplary employee behavior
- Provide leadership, training, and guidance to the teaching team
- Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children
Qualifications
- Valid WA state teaching certificate required
- Valid WA state administrators certificate required
- BA/MA in Elementary Education or Education Leadership required
- 5 years of experience in an elementary school setting preferred
