- Develops and implements business strategy

Requirements
- Hires and trains new Team Members
- Supports Team by providing direction
- Assists Store Leader with employment actions
- Maintains store performance
- Enforces proper use of sales pitches
- Maintains proper cash accountabilities at POS registers
- Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prolonged periods standing and working on cash register
- Able to lift up to 15 pounds
- Ability to work in a loud environment
- Physical activities such as lifting (0-50 lbs.), bending, reaching, and stooping
