About the role
MISTAFF is seeking an Assistant to support job posting and recruitment operations for Michigan education organizations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with job posting management across the MISTAFF platform
- Support recruitment coordination for K-12 education positions
- Collaborate with member organizations including intermediate school administrators, superintendents, school boards, secondary and elementary/middle school principals, and school public relations professionals
- Provide administrative support for alternative certification events and related programs
Qualifications
- Experience in education administration or human resources preferred
- Familiarity with Michigan K-12 education system and its organizational structure
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholder organizations
