East Lycoming Elementary Principal The Principal will lead Ashkar Elementary. Applicants must have a strong background in curriculum, instruction and assessment. This position is responsible for staff supervision, student discipline, building management, budgeting, scheduling, and day-to-day operations. PA Principal PK-12 Certification And Five Years' Teaching Experience Required. Experience in Educational Administration preferred.
