Elementary Dean

Qualifications:

• Current Indiana Administrative license
• Current CPI Status
• Current Indiana teaching certification
• Five years teaching experience
• Ability to lead a diversity of people
• Ability to make effective decisions and analyze all solutions to problems
• Very organized
• Possess the ability to accomplish tasks on short notice
• Possess the ability to demonstrate initiative

Documents Required:

• A letter of interest
• Current resume
• Transcripts of all college coursework
• Indiana Administrative License
• Three reference letters from individuals who can attest to your ability to meet the job responsibilities
• A statement outlining your philosophy of elementary education and your perceptions of the role of the elementary administrator/dean in public education today.
