Elementary Ages Soccer Coach

About the role

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach who will lead children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. The ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader) and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone interested in pursuing early childhood education or child development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct soccer sessions that align with the curriculum and philosophy
• Provide individual and group instructions to children aged 5‑12 years
• Foster a fun and positive learning environment for children
• Manage a group of up to 15 children in a session
• Communicate with parents and administrative staff as needed
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during sessions
• Attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

Requirements

• Prior experience working with children (sports coach, teacher, camper or leader)
• Interest in pursuing early childhood education or child development

• Active, energetic and enthusiastic personality
• Strong soccer/coaching background and experience playing or coaching

Pay

Earn $25–$35 per hour (based on experience and class load).

Schedule

Work 2‑10 classes per week, with flexible hours including weekends and afternoons.
