About the role

The BEACON - Brevard Employment Application Center ONLINE is seeking an ELEMENTARY EDUCATION 5 teacher to join the Challenger 7 Elementary team for the 2027 School Year.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement effective lessons aligned with state standards.
• Assess student learning progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Engage students in collaborative activities and projects.
• Support students' social-emotional development and behavior management.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional strategies and resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Valid Florida teaching certificate in Elementary Education.
• At least two years of successful teaching experience.
• Experience with technology integration in the classroom.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for education and a commitment to student success.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
