About the role

The position is responsible for teaching students in grades K-4.

Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans aligned with state standards.
• Instruct students on core subjects including reading, math, science, and social studies.
• Implement differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Mentor and support student growth through regular feedback and assessments.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional strategies and resources.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to improve teaching skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Valid Florida teaching certificate or ability to obtain one within six months.
• Experience working with students in grades K-4 preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
