About the role

This position is responsible for providing instruction to students in grades K-4.

Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans aligned with state standards.
• Instruct students in reading, writing, mathematics, science, and social studies.
• Implement differentiated instruction strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Evaluate student progress through assessments and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement effective teaching strategies.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Florida Professional Teaching Certificate in Elementary Education.
• At least one year of successful teaching experience at the elementary level.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other educators and support staff.

• Knowledge of current educational theories and practices.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is a 10-month contract starting August 3, 2026.
