Electrophysiology Technologist

Job Summary Performs imaging procedures and treatments aligned with radiology standards to assist in disease diagnosis and management. Executes assigned duties with attention to safety and quality. Responsibilities Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of radiologic principles, selecting appropriate techniques and positioning for optimal outcomes.Develops and implements procedure and treatment plans following established protocols.Completes documentation in compliance with hospital policies.Maintains equipment and work areas in a safe, organized condition.Participates in performance improvement activities to ensure high standards of patient care.Achieves assigned goals efficiently. Qualifications & Skills Minimum six months of experience in the specialty area.ARTRT(R) or RCIS certification required; BLS certification within 30 days of hire.Basic computer skills required; vascular interventional registry (ARRT(VI)) preferred.Licenses as needed, including state licensure.
