Position Overview

First Coast Heart & Vascular Center is seeking a full-time Electrophysiologist to join our growing physician-led cardiovascular practice serving Northeast Florida. This is a dedicated electrophysiology opportunity with responsibilities across clinic and hospital settings, primarily supporting our St. Augustine locations with additional support throughout the region as needed.

Key responsibilities/services

  • Diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias, both standard and complex
  • Performance of routine and complex catheter ablations
  • Implantation and management of cardiac devices
  • Electrophysiology studies, intracardiac mapping, remote monitoring, and comprehensive inpatient/outpatient EP care
  • Opportunities for Watchman implantation and other electrophysiology-related structural heart procedures

Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited Electrophysiology Fellowship Program
  • Board Certified in Cardiovascular Medicine
  • Completion of accredited Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Medicine, and Electrophysiology training programs
  • MD or DO
  • Eligible for Florida medical licensure
  • Open to experienced Electrophysiologists and current fellows
  • A strong commitment to patient care, quality outcomes, and teamwork
