Job Summary
This crucial position involves providing exceptional cardiovascular care while actively contributing to the delivery of the highest quality and most cost-effective healthcare within our integrated delivery system.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad spectrum of acute and chronic cardiac rhythm disorders in both dynamic outpatient and critical inpatient settings.
- Collaborate closely with primary care providers, hospitalists, noninvasive cardiologists, and cardiac surgeons, fostering a truly integrated approach to complex patient management.
- Work effectively with advanced practice providers, interventional cardiologists, and multidisciplinary care teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered treatment plans that optimize outcomes.
- Expand access to specialized, life-saving electrophysiology care for underserved populations.
- Build strong and trust-based relationships with referring providers throughout the region, enhancing our network of critical care.
Required Job Requirements
- Successfully completed a residency or fellowship commensurate with area of specialty.
- Obtain and maintain an unrestricted Drug Enforcement Agency (“DEA”) registration.
- Obtain board certification or eligibility in the appropriate specialty, by a board acceptable to Hospital.
- Obtain Medical Staff Privileges within the Health system, at sponsoring institution.
- Acquire and maintain an active or eligible unrestricted license to practice medicine in Colorado.
