Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize SMT and PCBA manufacturing processes
- Conduct quality control tests to ensure product consistency and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency
- Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in electronics manufacturing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SMT/PCBA manufacturing
- Strong understanding of electronic components and assembly techniques
- Proficiency in using SMT equipment and software tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical schematics and circuit design
