About the role
The SMT/PCBA Technician is responsible for assembling printed circuit boards using surface mount technology and through-hole technology. This includes soldering components, testing boards, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Solder components onto printed circuit boards using surface mount and through-hole techniques.
- Test assembled boards for functionality and accuracy.
- Follow quality control procedures to ensure product meets specifications.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting production deadlines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in electronics assembly or related field.
- Basic knowledge of SMT and PCB assembly processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Skills
- Proficiency in using SMT equipment.
- Knowledge of IPC standards and quality assurance practices.
- Basic understanding of electrical schematics and component identification.

Pay

Schedule
