PCBA Post SMT Process Technician

About the role

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Process Engineering Technician located in Austin, TX. Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineer, the Process Engineering Technician will be responsible for keeping the production line running.

Shift

3rd Shift: 11:00pm–7:15am, Sunday–Thursday

Responsibilities

• Performs set‑up of processing equipment
• Monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators
• Processes test runs and prepares records (breakdown events, scrap, etc.), charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products
• Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel
• Line change configuration
• Performs corrective maintenance
• Follows escalation procedures

Qualifications

• Associate degree, vocational or technical training, or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of related experience in Manufacturing
• Demonstrates functional and/or process knowledge and participates in process
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure
• Leadership experience
