About the role

This is not a remote position. This position is based at our Charleston, SC campus location.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical hands-on instruction in an engaging learning environment
• Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies to enhance the learning experience of our students
• Achieve learning outcomes through shared specific industry experience

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline from a regionally accredited educational institution
• Mechatronics background preferred
• Five years of industry experience preferred
• Comfortable with technology and its integration in the classroom

• Strong active-learning skills for effective instruction
• Experience in a student-centric and hands-on learning environment

• Exemplary interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills
