Adjunct Faculty, Electro-Mechanical Technology

College of DuPage seeks adjunct faculty members to teach Electro-Mechanical Technology in a multicultural environment, supporting student success and diverse learning abilities. Opportunities may include day, evening, and weekend teaching assignments in various delivery modes.

Responsibilities

• Course planning and instruction in classroom, lab, or clinical settings, including face-to-face, online, hybrid, and blended formats.
• Student evaluation and timely submission of required instructional paperwork.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in the field and/or a combination of education, training, and tested experience.
• Prior experience teaching PLC Programming, Process Control, and/or Robotics at the college level preferred.
• Availability to teach daytime classes is highly desirable.
• Ability to teach remotely with technology; experience in online or virtual teaching preferred.
• Access to personal technology, including a home computer with appropriate capabilities for online teaching.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

These positions are paid by stipends for course assignments.
