Electronics Administrator
About The Role
To support the Company’s financial operations by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, invoicing, and credit activities. This position is responsible for maintaining compliance with corporate reporting requirements, supporting month-end close processes, and assisting in asset tracking, while contributing to the overall efficiency and integrity of financial operations.
Pay
Pay Range: $62K - $68K annually. Compensation will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Candidates with additional relevant degrees or certifications and extensive experience may be considered for the higher end of the salary range.

Requirements
- Associates Degree in Accounting required, Bachelors or higher degree preferred.
- Strong SAP skills required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software applications
- Proficient in general office operations, including computers and office equipment
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred, or a minimum of five years of relevant experience
- Ability to perform all assigned tasks to meet company expectations
- Strong oral and written communication skills, along with good organizational abilities

Additional Information
A 10% shift premium is paid for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
