Electronic Technician

About the role

The successful candidate will perform Radar Cross Section (RCS) and Antenna Pattern measurement setup, data collection and processing through data validation at diverse and isolated work locations.

Responsibilities

• Validate RCS and Antenna measurements using signal and image processing techniques
• Work on various types of electronic equipment and devices by performing one or more of the following: installing, operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, overhauling, modifying and testing
• Apply basic working knowledge and experience to solve problems by utilizing schematics, diagrams, and appropriate test equipment
• Target support to include the mounting, dismounting, storage, transportation, and creation of test articles and the maintaining of the facilities and grounds at any site operated by NRTF
• Support to other trades as requirements dictate
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance

Must possess a valid driver’s license

Current U. S. Citizenship required

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED
• One year of experience in electronics, computer systems, and/or radar systems

Skills

Basic working knowledge and experience to solve problems by utilizing schematics, diagrams, and appropriate test equipment

Starting Hourly Rate: $41.44
