Electronic Technician
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on soldering and cable assembly for electronic components.
- Contribute to high-volume production lines with efficiency and precision.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in electronic assembly processes.
- Utilize test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and voltmeters, for electronics testing and calibration.
- Work independently on the production line with minimal supervision.
- Ensure high reliability and attendance to meet production deadlines.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in electronics and hands-on soldering (through-hole).
- J-STD soldering certification.
- Previous experience in high-volume or regulated manufacturing environments.
- Ability to ramp quickly with limited training and testing time.
- Troubleshooting and electronics debugging skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Prior manufacturing or electronic assembly experience.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- High level of reliability, attendance, and long-term commitment.
- U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder status required.
Work Environment
This position is 100% onsite in Pottstown, PA. The role requires working in a high-demand production environment, where precision and efficiency are crucial. Candidates are expected to adhere to a professional dress code suitable for a manufacturing setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pottstown, PA.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
