Electronic Billing (E-Billing) Specialist - Law Firm

Responsibilities

• Provide electronic billing support to assigned clients.
• Set up clients on e-billing vendor websites.
• Perform monthly maintenance on e-billing websites, such as entering new rates, accruals, budgets, and status reports.
• Ensure electronic bills comply with client and e-billing vendor requirements.
• Perform and monitor monthly electronic bill submissions through e-billing software.
• Collaborate with Billing Specialists, clients, and vendors to resolve rejections and create appeals.
• Monitor and report on the status of submitted electronic bills and follow up as necessary.
• Track and complete electronic billing-related requests through the internal ticketing system.
• Use e-billing platforms and firm systems to generate reports as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience working with LEDES files; experience with eBilling Hub platform and e-billing vendor websites.
• Experience with legal billing system software, Aderant preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge and understanding of the technical components of electronic billing.
• Knowledge and understanding of UTBMS codes.

Pay

The starting salary range for this Cleveland position is $70,000 – $85,000.
