Job Description
- Read, comprehend, and follow product drawings, schematics, and other graphical or written descriptions of the proper assembly of electromechanical products.
- Ensures project accuracy by verifying that the released documentation is the current and correct revision prior to beginning assembly.
- Adhere to policies of quality assurance, safety, 7S, PPE, and cleanliness.
- Electro-Mechanical assembly of final product and subassemblies within the guidelines of the quality system and other department policies.
- Correctly use multiple types of hand tools, soldering and test equipment to perform this assembly and related testing, as per documentation and workmanship standards.
- Complete records—paper and electronic—that report completion of tasks and work orders (routing forms), identify nonconforming material, verify results of test or inspections, etc.
- May be required to support and troubleshoot discrepant material and interact with other departments to diagnose root cause of problems/Non-conformance.
Qualification Requirements
- Completion of Assembler Training period, or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Assembly Line experience is helpful.
- Basic computer skills. Familiar with Microsoft Office.
- ISO 9001 preferred experience.
- Ability to read and/or operate equipment such as soldering tools, and meters and occasionally oscilloscopes.
- Has good communication skills.
- Receives verbal instructions or follows sample units to determine assembly requirements.
- Able to read and comprehend regulations and instructions in English.

- Stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, bend to the floor, kneel
- May occasionally need to lift over 50 Lbs.
