Duties/Responsibilities
- Reads work orders, production drawings, and sample assemblies, or receives verbal instructions.
- Performs troubleshooting and module swapping to repair products.
- Sets up and aligns parts in specified relationships using jigs, fixtures, or other holding devices.
- Screws, soldered, cements, press fits, or performs similar operations to join or secure parts in place.
- Mounts assembled components on printed circuit boards.
- Installs finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases.
- Attaches hardware such as caps, clamps, straps, and switches to assemblies.
- Performs network go-not-go testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
Skills/Abilities
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
- Practical skills in electronics manufacturing and proficiency in using common tools.
- Understanding of assembly processes.
Education And Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One to three years related experience or training.
- Two years related experience preferred.

- Sitting: Over 70%
- Standing: Over 70%

- Lift/Carry: Over 70% and 30+ lbs
- Fine Motor Movements: Over 70%
- Depth Perception: Over 70%
