Electrician Engineer - Day

Job Responsibilities

• Keep a daily record of tasks performed via the work scheduling / reporting system.
• Responsible for all other duties as assigned by area and Management.
• Will assist all other trades and crafts with routine and emergency work assignments.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years commercial or industrial Journeyman experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Installing conduit and wiring
• Repairing, troubleshooting and maintaining low and high voltage single, 3 phase and AC/DC electrical systems
• Motor, motor controls and VFD installation, troubleshooting, and repairs
• UPS and paralleling switch gear systems experience helpful

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent completion of a 4 year accredited apprenticeship program.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in reading, understanding, and working from blueprints, drawings, schematics and sketches.
• Proficient in the safe use of all trade related hand and power tools, safety and protective equipment.
• Able to respond immediately to all emergency calls.
