Electrical Technician I

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of solar PV and energy storage systems from start to finish.
• Install system components while following electrical diagrams, specifications, and project requirements.
• Perform work in accordance with company standards, electrical codes, and safety requirements.
• Aid the Electrical Team Lead and crew members to ensure efficient project completion.
• Maintain work vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory.
• Assist with electrical upgrades, rooftop work, and other field installation activities.
• Complete training and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work safely on rooftops, ladders, attics, crawlspaces, and confined spaces.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
• General knowledge of electrical work, construction, and OSHA safety practices.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
