ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN

About the role

Titan Wheel is seeking a full-time Electrical Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the electrical work and installation, alteration, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Accredited technical school or apprenticeship preferred and/or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions.
• Two years of technical education in electronics and/or five years of related experience.
• Logically engineer, design, draw schematics, troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic equipment efficiently.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Reach, write and interpret maintenance manuals and technical information.
• Proficient with electronic and PLC technology and programming, along with electrical theory, NEC codes, OSHA standards and other governing agency requirements.
• Experience with voltage up to 480 volts three phase.
• Experience in working in an industrial environment.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and repairs.
• Knowledge of applicable electrical code.
