About the Role

Compensation Rate: $28.00/hr (base) plus $1.00/hr Evening Shift Differential Incentive when working at least 4 hours between 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM, bringing the rate to $29.00/hr. Incentive Pay effective July 3, 2025 – August 13, 2025.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all electrical equipment and wiring
• Ensure a safe environment for guests and employees
• Repair general lighting and power circuits as well as miscellaneous electrical devices
• Install lighting and receptacle circuitry in existing structures and new additions
• Organize and plan daily workload without direct supervision
• Deliver consistently dependable performance
• Adhere to all safety policies and requirements
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least three years of experience or vocational school training in the electrical trade
• State Journeyman License
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to obtain a company driver’s license
• Excellent communication and math skills
• Comfortable working at heights up to 100 ft.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and push/pull 100 lbs. with assistance
• Ability to climb and work off of ladders
• Ability to work indoors/outdoors in any weather/temperature condition
