Electrical Technician

Responsibilities

• Installation of electrical panel upgrades, lighting, EV chargers, generators & other residential electrical systems.
• Be proficient and knowledgeable of Service System and follow it on all appointments.
• Be on time for appointments; report timesheet accurately & punctually.
• Work alongside customer service & dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
• Troubleshoot a variety of residential electrical systems.
• Build strong customer relationships; build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs/expectations.
• Perform related work as assigned.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrical License preferred, or requisite experience.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and safety practices.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, instructions and rough drawings.
• Ability to complete projects unsupervised.
• Proficient in basic mathematics and conversions of measurements.
• Familiar with wiring / cable, circuit breakers, PVC / MC, generators
• Valid Driver's License with no major infractions for the last five (5) years
• Ability to take and pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
• Professional appearance and personality.

Technicians work independently from home, deploying from their own vehicles.
