Proactively work in a safe and efficient manner in the context of performing the functions of your position
Ensure that customer satisfaction is always 100%
Interact professionally with customers and contractors as required
Cookordinate and communicate with project managers and team leads to meet the needs of all project requirements
Assist teammates as needed
Installation of control wiring, control components, EMT conduit, reading and understanding electrical diagrams, working from ladders
Reading MEP plans and other Construction documents
Provide status reports of work related to any project involvement
Troubleshooting abilities

Possess or be willing to obtain OSHA Safety Certificate
Level 3 Requires minimal supervision while laying out the installation of multiple projects
Maintain accurate inventory counts on the job site
Support apprentices' needs with the installation of electrical conduits, electrical conductors, junction boxes, and Building Automation material

GED or High school diploma with at least one year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid driver's license and must qualify to operate a company vehicle
Documented experience/training on various systems and controls
Ability to work overtime, varied shift hours and occasional travel as needed
Effectively able to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
Strong computer skills are necessary for Level 3, and would be preferred, but not a necessity for Level 1-2
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, contractors, supervisors, and fellow team members
Work independently and as a team member
Able to lift up-to 50 lbs., bend, climb, kneel, twist, stand and climb stairs and ladders
Able to handle multiple tasks and projects and prioritize based on departmental functions
