Responsibilities
- Sales, estimating, and production management of jobs that meet or exceed margin standards.
- Conduct business and customer relations in a way that is above reproach.
- Develop and maintain personal long-term relationships with customers.
- Proactively involve in offering suggestions for future situations.
- Reactively involve in punctual response to the customer's needs.
- Diligently pursue new customers along vertical lines.
- Support business development with timely responses to leads.
- Encourage good habits and support continuous improvement.
- Lead the growth and development of technicians within the department.
- Train, supervise, and motivate Prism’s workforce.
- Maintain exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a productive workforce possessing the necessary skills, expertise, and drive to meet production schedules and deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven people management, process management, and performance management skills.
- Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting, employee motivation and training, leadership and office management skills, and customer acquisition and relations.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong budget tracking, labor tracking, and scheduling skills.
- Proficiency in information analysis and budget setup.
