Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new sales leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Consult with residential clients to identify electrical product and service needs
• Prepare and present accurate sales quotes, proposals, and project estimates
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
• Collaborate with electricians and project teams to ensure smooth project handoffs
• Stay current on electrical products, industry trends, and code requirements
• Track sales activity and pipeline using CRM software

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales or a related trade industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities independently
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
