About the role
Own and manage key electrical systems and processes, including:
- Plant HVAC
- Spare motor program (tracked through SAP)
- Instrument calibration and transformer PM processes
- Thermal PM and PCT training processes
- Lead and execute the Electrical DT Corrective Action Plan, including creation of One-Point Lessons
- Maintain and manage PLC program historian processes
- Create and update engineering drawings using AutoCAD
- Create, develop, and manage electrical work orders, PMs, and BOMs in SAP
- Serve as backup support for craftsmen and contractors
- Support planning activities and serve as backup for planning functions
- Participate in operational working sessions to drive continuous improvement
- Analyze downtime and maintenance data to identify reliability improvement opportunities
- Support and participate in RCFA (8-Step) problem-solving processes
- Attend and contribute to: Daily production meetings, Outage planning meetings
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and performance

Requirements
- Strong understanding of electrical maintenance systems (PM, PdM, CBM)
- Ability to analyze process and downtime data to drive improvements
- Experience applying root cause problem solving (RCFA, FMEA)
- Solid knowledge of PLCs and industrial electrical systems
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication and ability to collaborate across teams
- Hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
- 2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proficiency with AutoCAD for electrical drawings and updates
- Experience coordinating contractors and cross-functional teams
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Skills
- SAP experience for maintenance and work order management
- Lean / Continuous Improvement experience or certification
- Reliability Engineering experience
- Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (vibration, infrared, ultrasonic, etc.)
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
- Experience leading improvement initiatives or capital projects
Benefits
- The estimated base salary range for this role is $91,000 to $114,000 per year.
- Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors
