Responsibilities
- Designs, fabricates, modifies, and evaluates electronic apparatus, components, or circuitry for use in electronic equipment and devices
- Designs, tests, inspects, and updates electronic systems, components, equipment along with software
- Analyzes customer needs and determines the requirements, capacity, and cost for developing an electrical system plan or product
- Evaluates systems and recommends design modifications or equipment repair
- Inspects electronic equipment, instruments, and systems to make sure they meet safety standards and applicable regulations
- Drafts specifications, instructions, and reports
- Partners with other internal and/or external stakeholders as well as clients to ensure projects are successfully completed to specifications
- Stays abreast of emerging trends and technology
Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 2+ years of related experience
Qualifications
- Experience with Sensors and data acquisition
- Experience with Signal processing and analysis
- Software experience with LabView and MATLAB
- Linux database administration
Skills
- Security clearance level: Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance
- US citizenship required

Pay
The likely salary range for this position is $73,965 - $94,300. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
