- Develop and implement quality control (QC) plans for electrical construction projects
- Perform inspections and testing of electrical installations to ensure compliance with standards such as NEC and NFPA
- Verify adherence to project specifications and document inspection results
- Mentor electricians and apprentices on quality assurance and safety best practices
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve field issues
- Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues
