About the role
This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate quality control testing for incoming raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Review, calculate, and report test results while maintaining accurate quality records in SAP.
- Ensure materials are released in compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Promote and enforce Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) policies and procedures.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement regulatory changes, resolve quality issues, and support customer complaint investigations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead quality-related projects to enhance processes and performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a quality-related role with progressive growth.
- A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
- Experience leading quality control activities within a manufacturing, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, or related production environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality testing methods, documentation practices, and quality management systems.
- Working experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems for recording and tracking quality data.
- Proven ability to analyze data, investigate root causes, and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication, training, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $85,000.00 and $112,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable.
