Electrical Quality Control Supervisor

About the role

Monitoring all planned maintenance operational and functional tasks, as well as establishment construction work for the new Canadian Embassy in Bangladesh.

Manage the project mechanical workforce and supervise their daily activities related to project management, importation of equipment, construction materials, and any other tasks required to complete the project.

Oversee modification of boundary walls, new gate installation, interior renovation works, replacement of doors and windows, and electrical and mechanical improvements.

Prepare presentations for the customer, address urgent incidents or accidents related to development, troubleshoot issues, and maintain regular communication with all clients to ensure timely execution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor planned maintenance and construction tasks for the Canadian Embassy project.
• Manage and supervise the mechanical workforce on daily project activities.
• Oversee importation of equipment and construction materials.
• Supervise boundary wall modifications, gate installation, interior renovations, and replacements of doors, windows, and electrical/mechanical systems.
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations.
• Respond to urgent incidents or accidents, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure project completion and satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Skills in building maintenance, construction management, mechanical maintenance, construction supervision, maintenance engineering, facility maintenance, and administrative tasks.
