Electrical Quality Control Manager

About the role

The Electrical Quality Control Manager oversees the quality assurance processes for electrical products and systems. This role ensures that all products meet industry standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate product quality through testing and inspection
• Develop and implement quality control procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality
• Conduct regular audits and provide feedback to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Train and mentor team members in quality control techniques

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control or related field
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and standards
• Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
