About the role
Kidwell is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as an Electrical Prefabrication Apprentice III or Journeyman.
Responsibilities
- Support the company’s prefabrication and kitting operations by building electrical assemblies and preparing project kits that help streamline field installation work.
- Operate and maintain shop equipment, including: Table benders and offset benders, Threading machines and drill press, Band saws and chop saws, Safely operate a forklift or similar material-handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and production area.
- Participation in daily team meetings and safety trainings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience in residential electrical work (Apprentice III or Journeyman level).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and must maintain a valid driver's license.
