Electrical Mechanical Maintenance-Week Night

We’re growing and seeking motivated Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Technicians to support our High Street facility in Hanover, PA. This hands-on, full-time role focuses on keeping our automated conveyor lines and high-speed packaging equipment running at peak performance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair advanced conveyor belt systems and automated material handling equipment.
• Work with PLC systems, motor controls, DC/AC drives, and sensor-based automation.
• Install, wire, and maintain electrical components such as relays, motors, and panels.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams accurately.
• Install conduit, EMT, and sealtite independently to support system upgrades and expansions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance (electrical and mechanical).
• Experience working with automated conveyor systems or warehouse distribution technology.
• Skilled in diagnosing issues with sensors, relays, VFDs, and control panels.
• Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and working at heights up to 30 feet.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and attention to detail.
• Experience in food manufacturing or packaging is a plus.

Schedule

Wednesday – Saturday, 5:55 PM – 5:55 AM (Weekend Night Shift).
