Electrical Mechanical Maintenance- 3rd Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Work independently to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all mechanical and electrical components of production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment such as motor controls, DC/AC drives and controls, frying, temperature instrumentation, burner systems and controls, packaging machines, electronic scales, programmable logic controllers.
• Troubleshoot and repair various types of facility equipment such as pumps, fans, air compressors, hydraulic equipment, HVAC.
• Prepare, coordinate, and implement preventive maintenance.
• Complete installation and repair work from schematics and drawings.
• Capable of minor electrical installations.
• Ensure food safety in all actions and responsibilities.
• Follow food safety practices and all applicable requirements of the SQF System.
• Follow instructions and training for reporting of food safety problems to appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• Requires knowledge and skills in electrical, mechanical, and electronic applications acquired through 2+ years of experience or education.
• Mechanically inclined and able to calculate basic math and measurements.
• Able to read and work from blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Requires the ability to troubleshoot and repair all types of equipment quickly and independently.
• Requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Requires the ability to work at heights above ground level.
