About the role
As an Electrical Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot electromechanical equipment using hand tools, welding equipment, and measuring devices
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
- Diagnose and resolve issues using blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep production running efficiently
- Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
Requirements
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience OR technical degree in a related field OR journeyman’s card (Less experience may be considered at a different level)
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and code books
- Strong understanding of electrical theory, controls, and codes
- Experience with line setups, inspections, and electrical testing equipment
- Solid math skills (fractions, percentages, measurements)
Skills
- Experience with PLCs and drives (Allen Bradley, Siemens)
- Knowledge of AC/DC motors, HVAC systems, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Experience with welding/torch equipment and precision measuring tools
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing and walking
- Occasional sitting, reaching, and forceful motion
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly
- Minimal climbing and occasional lifting over 100 lbs
- Ability to meet physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation

Pay
Excellent pay starting at $40+ per hour based on experience, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Schedule
10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Sunday night – Thursday morning)
