Electrical Lead Installer

About the role

The Electrical Lead Installer is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of electricians in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems. This role involves overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with safety standards and codes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians
• Oversee project planning and execution
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and other departments
• Train and mentor junior electricians

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical systems and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Proficient in using electrical testing equipment
• Experience with project management software
