Lead Electrical Installer

What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute residential electrical installations, upgrades, and project work
• Oversee job sites to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code
• Guide and support apprentices and team members on installs
• Communicate clearly with customers, providing recommendations and updates
• Cookordination with dispatch, management, and team members to ensure smooth project flow
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and professionalism

What You Bring

• Strong experience in residential electrical installation work
• Previous leadership or lead installer experience preferred
• Able to read plans, troubleshoot, and manage install projects
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Dependability, professionalism, and a high level of accountability

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and confined areas
• Stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods
• Work in varying weather conditions
• Safely operate tools and equipment requiring manual dexterity
