Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise electrical installation activities for utility-scale, commercial, or industrial solar PV projects.Review electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), layouts, and technical specifications.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, civil, and mechanical teams to ensure smooth project execution.Manage installation of PV modules, inverters, transformers, switchgear, HT/LT panels, AC/DC cabling, and earthing systems.Ensure compliance with local electrical regulations, safety standards, and project quality requirements.Plan manpower, materials, tools, and equipment for electrical works.Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues at the site.Conduct inspections, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and utility authorities during project execution.Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, test reports, and project documentation.Lead toolbox talks and enforce HSE policies and procedures.Support project handover, punch list closure, and final documentation. Advertisment Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical distribution, and commissioning.Familiarity with IEC, NEC, IEEE, and local electrical standards.Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents.Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (knowledge of ETAP or PVsyst is an advantage).Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
